A Day at Sunrise Ski Resort, Sunrise, AZ

Carina and Adam invited me to Sunrise for a day of skiing yesterday. I do not ski, but after a day of observing from the ski lodge deck (just call me lobster face), next season, I really want to try to snowboard. Carina, Winter 2011, you, me, and the snowboard lesson corral!

Adam is quite the skiier, but Carina and I preferred to watch and admire.

I just love Art's ski suit! He was easy to spot coming down the mountain.

Ange comes to visit!

Ange escaped Wichita Falls for 4 days and came to visit Annie, Kurt, Keegan, Reese, Larissa and me in sunny Phoenix last weekend! We managed to keep busy between the garage sale Saturday, coffees at Ground Control and Wildflower, helping Annie and Kurt with their move (they're going to Germany!) (I'm jealous), pedicures and more!

I'm so glad Ange likes to "figure things out." She gets that from my mom.

We stayed up until 2am then I rose at 5am and Ange at 6am to set up. The sale went from 7am to 1pm.

This was either called a Torpedo or a Tornado. But it was really good. We went to the Art Fair at Litchfield Park.
